What we can do for you

JazzClass is a new venture based in the West Midlands and surrounding area offering various Jazz workshops to schools, colleges and other educational establishments. Our aim is to help educate and improve student’s abilities and confidence with jazz music. Not every music department has such specialist knowledge, and with our help, we make it possible to bring out the latent talents of young music makers.

Ask the people who know about Jazz

Workshops are delivered at your school or establishment by our team of highly qualified, CRB cleared musicians and educators. All are members of the Musicians Union and have public liability insurance. Between us all we have many years of playing and teaching experience within a jazz context and are all working professional musicians. See our 'Musicians' page.

What kind of workshop?

Our workshops are tailored to your needs, whether these are fun performance-led sessions for infants or more in depth tuition and demonstrations with maybe a compositional element complying with the requirements of GCSE's. Please refer to our Details page for more information.

JazzClass will travel within 100 miles from Birmingham. We are passionate about jazz and hope to deliver a memorable experience as well as having lots of creative fun.
